Great curbside service available and ordering online. Excellent service enhanced the food although the guacamole was bland, rest was well spiced.

We didn't get our order right. We asked only for green sauce and cilantro. We went in and the person attending us, Told us that she did give us what we asked but we didn't. She then gave us a green sauce. Not cilantro. The order for our chicken was raw and not all 8 pieces. We paid full price. Very

I don't eat at fast food places but I love El Pollo loco's double chicken avocado salad. They have great customer service, friendly and when you're out in the dining area they come to see how you're doing if you need anything else
I visit this place a lot since I work right next to it. I got to say their customer service is always great and they keep the spot well kept consistently. Prices are affordable and they serve generous portions.
