You guys got so busy today!!! Your location is always busy. You handled it well. You were very apologetic to me. Which was super sweet of you. You offered the refund. Offered to make my drink. But honestly being busy is out of your control. I'm happy you guys went above and beyond to make me happy. I was having such a bad day. Worst customer service, the night crew really needs training, especially the closing shift manager. I placed a $30 order online and went to pick it up, sat at the ordering screen for 10 minutes, then at the window for another 20 min just for the employees to scream at me that they’re closed. I tried to let them know I had a mobile order and wanted to know if I could come in for a refund another time, but they just ignored me. I have worked in drive thru services before and I understand that once you’re closed you’re not allowed to open the door or windows for safety purposes but there is a headset and an ordering screen for a reason, and a quick “sorry we’re currently closed” at the speaker could’ve avoided this altercation, and they could have helped me with my question without having to open anything. I don’t understand why they didn’t utilize the speaker box and instead chose to ignore me and put their personal music on a speaker to drown me out.

Placed a mobile order while on my way to work. Once I get to the location there’s a paper sign that says “drive through only.” WHY CHARGE MY CARD AND ACCEPT MOBILE ORDER IF WE STILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH. & the drive through line was long. I want my refund! I will be back to complain in person.

What a GREAT improvement with the remodel. It looks like it was gutted and rebuilt from bare walls. The remodel has an expanded coffee bar including the Nitro Brew coffee on tap. The furniture is all new and is comfortable! San Diego South Bay Starbucks typically include uncomfortable furniture that seems like it's built for a public school detention room. I've always been amazed how inviting the Starbucks are in Mexico compared to here. Quite a nice change!!

I was just denied service because they reported they were closed. I was at the drive thru 8 minutes before 4pm and was still denied service. The supervisor Jake Godoy was very rude and ignored my plea as I was a customer that arrived on time. He said to just bring it up to his manager. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am in awe.

Okay I’ve had so many bad experiences with this location and it’s hours and always giving me wrong drinks or attitude but today I had the WORST experience I ordered a Hot white chocolate and came to find this NASTY tampon looking thing in my DRINK
