Broken Yolk Cafe

While visiting from out of town, my son took us here for breakfast. They usually frequent a different location and raved about the food. Sadly, this location did not live up to the same standards. It took a very long time for our food to arrive, even though both couples ordered at the same time. Our food took at least 10 more minutes to arrive at our table! We also had to hunt someone down to find out where our mimosas were. Once we got the food, I have to say, I was definitely underwhelmed. Especially considering the prices being charged. It was bland, not terribly hot, and really just "meh". Between the four of us, there was a lot of food left on the plate. Something that NEVER happens when my husband is around, lol. Usually, anything he doesn't "finish off" goes home in a doggy bag. This stuff was not worth the effort.
