Gallegos Taco Shop 2

This place unfortunately suddenly changed to SOTOS taco shop #2 but the carne asada quesadilla is still really good. The Milaneza is also a good choice. The chips are super crispy and crunchy and are worth getting at the little bar they have. The young girl that’s there to take the order can’t seem to hear very well and seems to have a bit of an attitude. The previous owners never had that type of energy and were always welcoming and positive when it came to ordering. They also always asked how much ice wanted before serving natural waters. She did not and gave more ice than the actual drink and when asked for less she just stared like “really” which was not good customer service.

I really wanted to like this place because I always try to give some love to Mexican businesses but this one is pretty, pretty bad. Food itself is so-so and scandalously overpriced. They get your order wrong often and their customer service is horrible especially from a middle-aged female cashier who is always frowning and in a bad mood, it seems. They weren't always like this but it has gotten progressively worse over the last year, to the point that I stopped going there altogether. And I'm never going back. Luckily, that plaza has plenty of other, better-tasting AND cheaper options. Don't waste your time with this one.
