It was my first time ever being at this location. I thought the inside was beautiful😍😘 the setup was really nice. They move pretty fast, but I informed the person in charge that my shake wasn't thick enough because it looked watered down & he did it with no problem and I did appreciate that very much🙏🏼.

worst Jamba Juice in sd. I am an avid smoothie drinker and not only was my drink disgusting but the service was as well. I waited 20 minutes to order because the young (Hispanic with blonde highlights) lady would not get off of her phone at the counter. Obviously was in an argument of some sorts and kept saying “give me a minute I need to deal with something” Unprofessional won’t be coming back.

I visited this store about a week ago and saw something so disgusting and unsanitary especially during a Pandemic. A worker used the ice scooper to put ice in her personal water bottle. The excess ice fell off of the bottle and back into the ice container being used to make the smoothies. It was a black large possibly metal drinking container with red roses/flower design on the side near the top. She was the shortest blonde hair young lady. She had on a yellow t-shirt. I have the date and time. Still shocked, I am sure that this is a regular practice.
