Kono Burgers

Went there for a couple drinks (which were delicious!). Our first time there since their remodel and WOW! what a difference from before. The new menu looked awesome, looking forward to trying some stuff, and the atmosphere was so 1920’s and fun! Service with a smile, looking forward to coming back again and maybe getting into the secret bar by the bathrooms:)!

What a spectacular gem in Gaslamp. I'll be honest -- I didn't have a ton of expectations for this place, but let's just say we were pleasantly surprised. Neighborhood -- from your incredible, hospitality to your mouthwatering plates to the immaculate interior aesthetic -- you've definitely secured a fan in each of us. One of us got the burger, which was an instant hit. Pro tip: pay the extra $4 to smother the fries in cheese. The others got the fried chicken (warning: it is spicy, lol) and that was a huge hit. Crispy, flavorful and overall --just perfectly cooked. Yup, it was that good and well prepared. The drinks were all delicious too. We all agreed that we'd come to Neighborhood again. If you're looking for a cute date night, or a casual, fun night out with friends --add this place to your list!

All I can say is WOW. Three amazing experiences in the same establishment? Truly unreal. Incredible service from the second you walk in. Upon entering, the hostess Nik, greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome. She took my order and answered my questions, although it wasn’t her job and I really appreciated that. The bar(s) have an incredible selection, with fair, competitive pricing. The bartenders will ask you what spirits you enjoy, and if there are any flavors they should avoid. Within seconds, they whip up a super tasty cocktail based on your palette. With Lu behind the bar, I got all the info I needed on whiskey, which made for an easy decision for my next pour. My server Lauren continuously checked in on me with a smile. You couldn’t hide the kindness with a mask. A sincere thank you to your team, and the entire line of Consortium Holdings establishments. They continue to be my go-to in all of San Diego. Cheers

This is our absolute favorite place in San Diego. We try to get there at least once every couple months and usually go even more frequently than that. The menu is consistently interesting, delicious, and is ever-evolving. The house cocktails are always exceptional and thoughtful. And for the proverbial icing on the cake, the service is always impeccable and the atmosphere welcoming. Pretty perfect little spot.
