This location honestly has no idea what they're doing. They have a 80% chance they're going to give you a sticky cup that's filthy. There's a 50% chance they're going to forget your drink. Or is it 20% chance they're going to get your drink completely wrong. Don't get me wrong, the staff is all very courteous, but they just don't have the training or the resources they need to do their job correctly. This is more of a resource issue and a training issue than it is a staff issue

This location never knows what they’re doing. I’ve come into this location a handful of times due to location convenience but every time the drink is messed up or they can’t figure out how to even make it even though it’s right on the menu. They almost overcharged me today doing who knows what when they rang the drink into the computer, then tried to tell me the drink doesn’t come in a Venti (even though I get it every day). I get it accidents happen and it may not seem like a big deal but something happens every time I come to this location.

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I felt discriminated against due to my age and not taken seriously despite being a respectable paying customer. After ordering my drink I and a group of friends were asked to step outside due to the crowding in the building. We complied with no complaints whatsoever. My friend and I instead waited outside for our other friend to receive her drink, standing at a table with no chairs because there was none provided by the establishment, yet we were met by another employee asking us to leave despite purchasing a drink. He explained to us how “Middle schoolers and High schoolers lost their privileges here” despite being paying customers. If this is the case I believe there should be a sign posted displaying this information to avoid this confusion. Even so, I believe that this is completely unacceptable for paying customers to be forced to leave without probable reason. I will refuse to go back until my respect as a customer is reestablished.

This location gets slammed when the high school down the road lets out. They’re always so patient and professional, even today when a woman yelled at a worker for her sandwich not being ready when there were about 30 teens inside and outside of the store in addition to their normal traffic. I ordered ahead and had no issues. Please be kind to service workers, everyone. They’re doing their best!
