Amazingly great customer service, the staff is very friendly towards the client and one another, and it is a good place overall to hang out after walking through the plaza is in - in the likes of, say, after visiting the very diverse selection of items inside Bookoff nearby! However, if anybody may complain about the quality of the car service; for this review is with respect to drinking inside; this place seems to be a neighbourhood favorite or so since, at the very morning of 10 am or so, it was PACKED with cars ordering something as well. So, please be mindful with the way they have hang things out during this time! P.S. the Kiwi Starfruit drink is very tasty during this time of summer❄

Everytime I go to this Starbucks that skinny Asian guy with the blue long hair and glasses always messes up on the orders. I've been coming here for a few years and the past 5 months when he is working he always messes up on my order. If I want a drink without foam that doesn't mean i get a 3/4 cup filled. I have heard this is a common this at this location and today 6/28 this morning the lead was so unprofessional that I really started to feel sorry for her. I don't know if the are doing this intentionally or the are just special.

Line took forever and it wasn't that long. I ordered a iced caramel cloud macchiato sub pumpkin for vanilla and when they gave it to me mixed. What is the point of getting a cloud macchiato if it's mixed? I wanted the cloud on top. I asked to have it remade and they bring me out it mixed again. They acted very confused so maybe this was their first day. They told me that when you get a caramel cloud it will always be mixed. It's the only drink I have been ordering lately so I know that isn't true. Very irritating and disappointing.
