I come here occasionally to order takeout since this McDonald’s is on my way home. I used the McDonald’s app to order so that I can get deals, such as free fries and buy one get one free. Also I don’t need to leave my car and can just wait at the curbside for my order. With the heavy foot traffic at this location, I am surprised that it is always very clean when I go in and pick up orders sometimes. This location is busy during breakfast and lunch time whenever I visit. My order was always assembled quickly and double checked. The staff is always courteous. Really don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews when the restaurant looks to have good business. By the way, they are currently short staffed and encouraging patrons to use the automated order machines. I recommend to use the McDonald’s App.

Hit up this McDonald's on Thursday, May 12 at 5 am. Google stated this location was open. Pulled up to the drive thru another car was leaving. Lady came on the intercom saying do you have a mobile order? I told her no I do not. NO RESPONSE! My family and I continued to sit at the speaker waiting for her to come back for our order. Nothing, she never came back, we waited and waited giving her the benefit of the doubt maybe she was the only worker and was making something. We must have waited almost 10mins then I drove up to the second window. This lady saw us drive forward and she hide between the first and second windows! Eventually she walked near the second window to attend to the coffee machine and just shook her hand at me to leave like they weren't open. What in the world?! Never have been treated so poorly. She didn't even care to tell me over the intercom or open the window they were closed or couldn't take orders. McDonald's do better! 5am isn't that early, you're along a major freeway, either update your hours or have your employees prepared to make food and be better trained. This employee would have let us sitting at the window waiting all morning, downright RUDE.

We ordered the chicken nugget bundle plus sodas, ice cream sundaes and m&m mcflurries. What we got for $46 were undercooked, oily and semi warm fries, hard nuggets (not fresh), half filled ice cream sundaes and mcflurries; as well as, flat sodas. I tried calling but no one picked up the phone. I also tried the website but couldn't get through.

Came here and ordered a Hot N Spicy add cheese light lettuce. I took one bite when I found out that the chicken patty was very old with tons of lettuce!!! I was very upset and when I took it back I talked to the manager that was there and she acted like she couldn’t understand what I was saying so she told me to pull up and they will make another one it will take 5 min which I knew was the right time. I use to work at mc Donalds for 4-5 years. I ended up waiting 11-12 min so I decided to go in to check my order and they forgot about my entire order and made me another old chicken patty 🤮🤮😡😡 I JUST GOR MY MONEY AND TOOK IT SOME WHERE ELSE

Watch employee drop my cookies on the ground then proceeded to pick them up and put them back in the bag to hand to me. When I asked him if he just dropped my cookies, he lies and says they didn’t drop. Disgusting and disturbing that an employee would do something like this, makes me think what else they are doing without our knowledge.

I come here, but for some reason, today was not a good day. Since there is no 1/2 star, I'd just give this McDo ZERO star..but review is a review. I was handed a hot coffee and apparently, the staff at the window let go of the cup tight away that it spilled on my hand. Instead of apologizing, she laughed. I asked for ice and she gave me paper towels. She didn't say she was sorry. The lady wearing red came when I asked to talk to a manager, she said sorry and offered me another cup of coffee, I refused due to what just happened. I was asked to come in to fill out a complaint form. When I walked in, I had to wait for a "Supervisor" named Sonia. Unprofessional individual. She shouldn't be working there if she has no work ethics, no sympathy, empathy, no outstanding customer service. She didn't say Sorry..was RUDE! VERY RUDE!!! Announcing to the whole room what Andrew's number was. I told her how rude she was and she said, Thank You! Thank you. She has ZERO empathy and ZERO customer service She SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! Do your darn training!!!
