Both the steak and the chicken philly sandwiches are great. The first time I went there was a few years ago and it happened to be the opening day and I have been going back ever since and the quality has always been the same.
The only reason I took off 1 star is because there can be a pretty long wait time during peak hours. It is never too bad, longest I have waited was about 20 minutes, I am never in a hurry so doesn't really bother me but worth the mention.
