Honestly this place is hit or miss. There is only one guy that usually works register that’s nice and has great customer service, if he isn’t there I usually go somewhere else. Everyone else is rude and short with you. They never listen to what you actually want either. Also expect your sandwich to automatically be toasted whether you want it or not. I don’t know how many times I’ve asked them to press my sandwich and they just over toast it.

If I'm completely honest, most of the time my experience is okay. Nothing 4 or 5 stars but they get the job done. What really drops it down to 1 star is not only the fact that they don't honor the deals POSTED ON THE SIGNS IN THEIR STORES, but also the employees attitudes have been very.... Let's just say I've had better experiences from a gas station bathroom. There's two employees who definitely change the experience when they're present but, overall it's a generally bad experience. If you're going to be basically the only restaurant on base, you should at least have decent customer service and honor your deals posted.

Went to get a sandwich. Polite and clean but as the woman in front was slow instead of closing my sandwich and wrapping it. They left it open next to the woman still serving the customer infront. She lent over my sandwich and put her bare arm in my sandwich. I told her she ignored me. Then again she put her T-shirt in my open sandwich and ignored me again! Poor and unhygienic practises from that one member of staff! Extremely upsetting and not wanting to cause a screen I left with my arm sandwich

This place has a racist working for them her name is Paige she openly and in front of customers down talks and degrades the other employees of color. It seems to me that the owners don't care. I seen it too many times. She also talks bad about her fellow employees to the customers in line. Last time I was there it was a young black man with dread lock working with her he was helping customers with a smile in his face like always and she stared speaking to him so rudely in front of everyone! He did not react he just kept on helping customers like he always does. I for one WILL NEVER step foot in there again. I refuse to support ANY BUSINESS that hires racist people and allow them to mistreat the employees of color. I hope that young man sues them. I would DEFINITELY be a witness for him.

The sandwiches are made well but almost everytime I order a meatball sandwich it falls apart when I bring it back home. There are very few employees who know how to make the meatball sandwich, always excessive meatball sauce and one too many meatballs. And the employee places the sandwich the wrong way in the paper wrap so when I opened the wrap the meat and sauces were all upside down and everying fell out of the bread. At this point to eat it Id have to use a fork or eat the sandwhich by pulling pieces off of it. Some employees understand this but others do not. I think it should be pretty pbvipus though considering the sandwich is falling apart when they make it but I guess thats not a problem.
