Great innovative ice cream place. I had cookies and cream. They pour vanilla base on a cold tray, finely chop ingredients. And spread in thin layers, over and over again, then shave into rolls to put In Cup. Very entertaining, nice presentation, and tastes great. California has the coolest, most innovative things!

Our rolled ice cream was amazing! Cookie dough and Firecracker were the bomb! The mango smoothie was a terrific treat after walking on the boardwalk! Hayley’s sweet smile and her talent for making rolled ice cream deserve a shout out!

The ice cream is so deliciousss!! Watching it come together was cool. I absolutely love ice cream and this has to be one of the best I've had. Jackie was really nice, great customer service!! Will definitely be returning on my next visit to California. :)

made a review because I wanted to become a big tipper just as the sign said. went in with my friends and I ordered the cookies n cream and she ordered the cinnamon rolls one. Definitely coming back again, super fresh and delicious. S and Jackie really hooked it up with the fruity pebbles on my cookies n cream. really nice service and nice shop 👍

I've been to many ice cream shops and this was by far the BEST place I've ever visited!! And the ice cream taste so good, the staff and the owner made us such a fun tasteful experience for myself and my family. Could definitely become a favorite family place for years to come!!

I'd never had rolled ice cream before and this place was awesome! Really friendly staff, super yummy ice cream, and a cute little shop. I'd much rather go to a store like this than a chain ice cream place any day. Some of the best ice cream I've ever had, simple is often the best.

We are on vacation visiting from Nashville, TN and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience here. We googled the closest ice cream place to where we were and we were pleasantly surprised. Hayley did an amazing job. She was very kind and made us a tasty treat!

Update to my previous review; under Les' new ownership I had an amazing experience. His customer service is unparalleled and the ice cream is THE BEST. Super clean store, line out the door but Les worked with such a sense of urgency. Wishing the new owner and his team at Pacific Knots an excellent journey. Looking forward to my next visit; it's a must do whenever you visit Mission Beach!!
