My friend and I came to this Starbucks for a quick drink before work. The employee who took my order was rushing us and seemed quite rude, everything we asked for she said it was out of stock then she stopped taking our order, but another employee Jenny jumped in and finished our order, she was so nice and attentive. Jenny found the items that were told was out of stock and gave us a $5 gift card for the inconvenience. She deserves a raise for her great customer service.

In the store right now... people are angry, there's a bunch of orders at the counter. On employee seems kind of angry but the rest seem nice, don't know what's stressing them out but I can tell it's starting to stress customers out lol

Worst Starbucks I've been to. No bathrooms, no place to sit, never asked what size drink I wanted, asked for half the oatmilk and didn't come out that way. I took out my Fetta wrap since it was bottom side up and all the stuff came out from the inside because it was ripped almost all the way through. I'm glad I don't live close to here so I don't have to come here again.

I tried this Starbucks many times and they keep failing at what they do. I go here because it’s like 4 min from my house. The employees are rude and they always mess up online orders. Or make you wait for a breakfast sandwich that is sitting in front of them getting cold. Wish their was another coffee shop near by to dump starbust.

Very bad experience, very confusing inside the store, long wait, my drinks were not ready , the guy told me wen I arrived he will take care of my order but he lie , first he took care of all the people making line even people that got after me .

Very disappointing, I had to wait 1hr and 20 min for a drink. Get stuck on the drive thru only to realize that they poorly do my drink. I went back to the Cafe area instead and ask if they could please remake the drink. The drink again was horrible. My order was a hot white chocolate mocha. Nothing crazy... I was trying to be understanding and was thinking maybe they have new staff or it's lack of staff not sure. Didn't look understaffed but didn't want to ask again because the staff looked very bitter and bothered that I ask. I ended up throwing the drink away. Have had this trouble before but this is the first time I've tried to get a drink fixed because it was a really hard day and was looking for something comforting to drink. Really disappointed
