What a special place. I love they play the classic Japanese animations on their TV. The service is nice and fast. We ordered some really unique rolls. For me, I ordered the truffle salmon belly roll, it’s pretty delicious with very strong truffle flavor. But it is pretty fatty, so if you don’t like fatty things, you should avoid that. My husband ordered the spiciest sushi in the world!!!! At least, we think so, it’s definitely a warning. It’s called Fatality roll. It is crazy spicy. He told me to warn about this on my review. But if you think you are super good at SPICY, you can try, it is delicious. He also ordered a lemon cilantro roll to balance his burnt in the month, which is helpful and delicious. I also tried their tempura, it is yummy, I love the taro in the tempura. Only one thing is, I suggest them to use real plates instead of one time used plastic plates… be better to the environment.

Sushi Exchange is a highly recommended hidden gem for all my friends , family and co workers. The atmosphere is bar none one of the best you could hope for and all the waitresses are very attentive. Very accommodating with any food substitutions. The rolls are delicious and they serve hoy sake. Would highly suggest as well for anyone just getting into the sushi experience. Overall 5/5 stars and by far my favorite sushi place.

I ordered online and despite the fact that when I made an order it said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes, it took almost an hour and for a good part of it I was waiting outside in the cold waiting…. No one even cared to make it a bit faster or communicate with me how long I should wait. But the food was really good, I’m adding 2 stars for the food quality.
