Baskin-robbins

Going in is a nice experience and I like the menu items but I ordered a Reese’s layered sundae and instead of crushed Reese’s I’m 90% sure they put crushed Heath bar instead. I asked the employee about it because it didn’t look or taste like crushed Reese’s. They said it was in the area labeled Reese’s and it could’ve been made differently which is why it looks different. I didn’t want to push it further because it’s just ice cream but looking back, it costs a bit more than regular ice cream and I feel like they could’ve investigated a bit more to see if they made any mistakes. (Also there wasn’t any other people around and they didn’t appear to be making a cake order or anything else important so I don’t think it would’ve been troubling to see if the crushed toppings were placed in the correct places) For the future it’d be nicer if they took more time, if it’s not busy or hectic, to check that the ingredients are correct if someone is unsatisfied

***BEWARE*** I went to Baskin-Robbins in Camel Mountain on 6/25/21 for a cake for my sons birthday. He picked out the half Spiderman ice cream cake that had $33.99 written on the box. When we went to pay the manager had the cashier change the price. They did not say anything until I asked why is it showing $41? The manager said the wrong price is on the box. They would not honor the price that they wrote on the box. Double check the price they are charging you before you pay. Very poor customer service, I will never go back.
