This location is consistently the slowest and most inconsistent fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Unfortunately this is the only location near my work when I get off. Half the time they're closed down for computer reboot when I get off early in the morning. Expect 20 minute wait times or no food at all.
The staff however is very pleasant and doing the best they can! It does appear they are understaffed.

The young lady in glasses had no hairnet on , she touched my husbands food with ungloved hands and she was being disrespectful to other employees and customers. They got both orders wrong and their drink machine was broken. I feel bad for the very nice older man behind the counter who was overwhelmed while the woman was repeatedly being rude to him and not doing her job.

Bad customer service. They forgot two orders of curly fries making us go back to order them. Put pickles on cheeseburger when specifically asked not to. They do not have a large selection of drinks. Don’t waste your time here.

It's fast food 🤷♂️ just like any other it's hit or miss. We went twice first time our burgers (all three) were cold second time everything was good. It's not terrible it's not great, it's fast food.

Do not order from here in Uber Eats. I had to wait 45-50 mins for my food, my driver waited in the drive thru for awhile. And at $6 gallons for gas wow. I did not receive at least $20 worth of my food. And I didn’t even get the fries I ordered. How do they not have fries lol. Driver said they were short staffed. If that’s the case, they should not be open 24/7 until service returns to an efficient manner. Never ordering from here again

Rude lady in there eating last night. And the staff is I ordered a meal last night and I said no ice my soda and it showed up with ice it seems like they don't understand English no Jack in the box understands English this needs to stop.
For example I ordered a breakfast Jack one year at Jack in The box with no me and showed up with bacon and I'm Jewish

Drove thru and ordered a chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese and tomato. Unfortunately they added a handful of jalepenos also! Not wanted definitely not ordered! I couldn't eat my sandwich because of that. Also, I didn't get chicken, I got a hamburger patty. Rediculoua! They don't answer the phone Soo I'm just out my breakfast And my money!

Had a sign through Drive thru cash only. Never did it not say no large billscept
We had only a $100 the only cash we had on us except for 5 single bills. You would think they would have change since it was cash only they would not take our $100 because they could not change it how is that possible if it's CASH ONLY 🤔
