Ordered the hand breaded chicken (#11 on the menu) with cheese and no pickles. Recieved an undercooked chewy chicken pattie that was not edible, no vegetables at all, and with bacon which it was not supposed to have. I could not eat the sandwich. The criss cut fries were cold. Love the jalapeño poppers though.

Bacon double burger was super tasty.

Every time I go to this location I receive high quality food. It’s consistently prepared extremely well. Burgers come out looking like the commercials.

They are closed on Sundays, although their google maps and website shows that this store must be open until 10 pm, which has been like that for a while. And the food is like a lottery here, you either get it in a acceptable condition, or uncooked and gross. Bad quality overall, even for junk food. Although initially wanted to give them 4-5 star

This has got to be one of the worst Carl’s Jr. locations in San Diego. Drive-thru is useless 9/10 times. I don’t understand how someone can get into a franchise and not realize that they’re losing money. There’s clearly people inside, not sure what they’re up to, but there’s bodies inside this location, except no one bothers to answer the intercom. This happens at different times M-F, specially after 6pm.

I love the fact that, my experience with Carls Jr is always good. Location does not matter. They always deliver. It not the same thing with Mc Donalds or KFC.

This place is way overpriced. The bathrooms are nasty and the sink and door handles are crusty. The food looks nothing like the photos and the finished product is really unappetizing. My daughter's love the chicken stars and french toast sticks though.

Very fast and prompt service at the drive-thru sat in the parking lot and watch the military aircraft fly while I ate my lunch
