Carl's Jr.

I went to the Carl's Jr in rancho Bernardo to pick up a reorder because they screwed up my original order. I didn't go back right away but I asked the manager to put my name above the register so when I came back because of my busy schedule that I would be able to get my replacement with no problems. The drive-thru customer service person was rude and condescending and treated me like I was a liar so I had to tell the manager to come to service me not happy

Absolutely terrible service you can definitely tell the staff at this location hate their jobs. When arriving to the drive through to purchase a kids meal for my son the guy on the speaker didn't even greet us and you can tell in his voice he really didn't want to be there. When asking what is available on their kids meal he sighed and spoke in a very low un audible volume, and when asked to repeat an item he sighed and said "oh my god" so my wife and I just drove through and didn't purchase anything and gave our business to the jack in the box literally 100 feet away. Terrible service, unfriendly and un-professional and what is even worse the manager was standing right next to the guy taking our order and allowing the behavior. Avoid this place and heed the 3.7 star rating.
