Kakawa Coffee - San Diego - Photo album

Cozy neighborhood coffee shop in Point Loma offering a coffees and a variety of specialty drinks, quick bites, and even some apparel. The barista was friendly and though seating is limited, the space is still good to sit for a bit or chat with a friend.
I’ve never been a fan of super sweet coffees. This place lets you taste the coffee and their spices/additions to their coffee. I got to try their seasonal pumpkin pie latte. It’s warming, comforting, and delicious! You can’t go wrong with any choice you make. Highly recommend going! I’ll definitely
I came here for the first time. I am not much of a coffee drinker. So, I told them I what should I have as whenever I get coffee it is always decaf Cappuccino with whole milk. Maria the barista/hostess suggested that I try Chai Latte if I am not much of a coffee drinker but like milk based beverage.
Although almost all their lattes taste somehow different, I really like them! The coffee is strong and good. I always get a latte, so many places put too much milk or maybe their espresso isn't that good. Kakawa latte is always strong, sweet(if you need), and simply tasty.
Truly enjoyed the quality coffee of Kakawa’s coffee shop. Plus the excellent and lovely service of the staff. Highly recommend it ♥️✌🏻.
By far best tasty coffee in OB/Point Loma area. Owner is amazing and kind! Great place!
Small neighborhood place with extraordinary selection of coffees roasted here, and delicious pastries. Now have added live music on weekends. We love the cozy feel and energetic vibe! Have been here twice, although not local to us, and we plan to make it a regular destination.
I had an iced Americano and it was just what I needed. If you like coffee, this place has good coffee. Who needs Starbucks when there are places like this around?
