Jamba Juice

went in a few days ago super disappointed with my girlfriend and my smoothie so we called in, as we were already running late, the girl was nice enough, said she would remake them and take a note of it so we didnt have to turn all the way around and miss appointment...well here I am trying to get my smoothies that I was promised and now they wont honor that promise!!..plus I was on hold for literally 10-15min jumping thru every hoop that they needed and in the end i guess the customer isnt always right at this store!! waste of my time and $.. super disappointed dont see a need to return to this location

I have ordered daily from this Jamba because it's so close by. They have repeatedly screwed my orders up. I order through door dash. I have tried to buy oatmeal for the past week straight and they are always out. Usually out of stock or everything good food wise and it looks like they do not intend to re stock. I am disappointed. You would think after a week or more they would have product to sell. *edit* I have had good experiences in the past. I am just unsure what is going on with the past week or two.

I placed a order online for pick up. I added extras through the app and when I picked it up I asked this lady working what was missing. She gave attitude and was very hesitant to add the extras. I paid for the extras so I don’t see why it was a problem for her. Horrible customer service. I didn't get her name but she's a thin lady with freckles.

The juice was great, the service not so much. The girl at the registered just assumed we would know the difference whey protein vs. Soy. Instead of smiling and giving us a quick explanation and educating us for the next time, she gave us an eye roll. On top of that the music was so loud she couldn't understand us or us hear her. The gentlemen making the juice waa nice.
