We got there around 7pm and it was almost empty and no big line in the drive-through. The food was fine but the lobby was very dirty. We had to wipe off our own table and the inside trash bins were overflowing. An older gentleman mentioned it to the young man taking orders. He came out with a broom and spent only 2 minutes sweeping. In our opinion, there was no excuse for the poor shape of the interior. Being at the Wendy's in 4S you would expect much better.

Horrible Classic Chicken Sandwich today. Dry like it had been reheated several times. Edges were thin and hard.
Fries and coke were good!
So disappointed since this is one of my favorite sandwiches.

Got the deal advertised on the app. Buy 1 premium sandwich , get one for $1 . Great value for the sumptious meals. Manager was accommodating and friendly

I normally wouldn't give a 5 star to a fast food establishment but this particular moment deserved it.. service through the drive thu was quick. Food was fresh. And the lady working the drive thru window was polite.

Ordering was a bit painful considering the place was empty, and their 'high-tech' drink dispenser is NOT intuitive. Food was good and hot.

We were there this past Sunday morning around 8am and the customer service at the drive thru was so disappointing. When we arrived we were sad to see the dining room was closed but we understood. So my husband decided to use the app to place our order. While placing the order the app gave the ONLY option of PICK UP in drive thru. So the order was placed we were instructed by the app to go to the drive thru. We're at the drive thru stating we placed an order thru the app and the drive thru cashier promptly said she sees no order and to proceed to the drive thru window. We arrived at the window we could see the employee was at the cashier counter and yells out the reason she didn't see the order was because my husband had placed the order for pick up at the dining room which was closed. Rude! She so quickly put the blame on my husband, which suggest to me that her customer service is consistently poor! We received our order and once again we were disappointed, it was cold. I've been a fan of Wendy's for decades and to be treated this way was so unnecessary. We will not be returning 😒

Food is always fresh, like burning-mouth fresh, and it's great quality for the price. They also don't put the yucky beef extract in their fries, something I'm very thankful for. Drinks are nicely carbonated and the atmosphere is calm and casual. Go get those chicken nuggies!

Food is good, expected of Wendy’s but this branch frequently does not check all items before handing off the order. Third time in the last 6 months they have forgotten an item with my order, very sloppy staff.
