Subway

I came into this location about 8:00pm and there was nobody in the front and just a couple started sandwich orders you could see behind the glass. After about 1-2 minutes a gentleman comes out of the bathroom, and immediately says UNLESS YOU HAVE A MOBILE ORDER I CAN'T HELP YOU. I said excuse me, he mumbled something about no working register and I would need to order on the app or website. Since I was already there I went ahead and order through the app and from there it was literally like a 3-minute process and very rushed and sloppy. I paid $3 for EXTRA bacon and it's like I barely got any bacon at all, and he even says OH YOU WANTED CUCUMBERS WE DON'T HAVE ANY. All the other veggies and sauce are packed onto a luke warm toasted sandwich. I said fine I will go without, and wanted the sandwich half each wrapped separately and that was a NOPE. The guy working needs better manners and work on how he speaks to someone. Probably won't be back to this location for awhile if at all.

Only come here if you are starving and want to be disappointed. My team and I placed our lunch order, on 3 checks to keep them separate, 12 sandwiches total, and only 3 of them were actually labeled, so you can imagine the frustration trying to decipher what is what, when nothing matches the receipts. A few of the sandwiches were actually MISSING MEAT??? A few missing veggies, overall nothing matched the receipts. Really feels like they just threw random sandwiches in bags and said have a nice day. A complete waste of money and time. We will not be coming here again.

Came in for a sandwich & had to wait 20 min just for the bread to “cool off”. It was out of the oven already but for some reason the employee Candy made me wait… She said they had no other bread options although they advertise at least 5 different kinds of bread. She was also extremely rude about the situation. I won’t be going back to this location, definitely worth the drive elsewhere!

I always get the same sandwich. Tim, I believe he's a manager, has helped me enjoy what I like. Seems every there is a change in the menu, his replacement recommendations makes me feel better. I still miss the honey oat bread,oregano and now my Swiss Cheese is gone. I will continue visiting because I am taken care of.
