Chipotle Mexican Grill

Honestly it’s such a nice place. This specific location has been improved. I still remember when many people on Twitter would complain about some locations but they did such a good job in upgrading it. They put a lot of effort and I honestly respect that. I’ve always loved the food but now I love it 10x more =)

I found a piece of paper - possibly wrapping from the meat- in my bowl. My negative review isn’t due to that though. It’s because when I brought it to a managers attention at this location she quickly directed an employee to remake it without an apology or looking at me. I set my bowl down on the counter and she told me they couldn’t take it back and told me that i could throw it away. This review wouldn’t even be written if the response was to apologize first, politely ask me to throw it away and express genuine concern for my experience. I hope this feedback is received and action is taken to improve. I love the food and always go to Chipotle but I can’t see myself coming to this location again.

This location is a little better than some of the others I've been too in San Diego. Consistently friendly service and they always ask if they made your bowl to perfection. If you say no they fix it before you pay. The surrounding mall is nice but parking can be tough. I recommend taking underneath in the parking garage.

Really this is just about the most average Chipotle I've ever been to. If you've been to Chipotle before, just think about your last visit and expect this to be exactly the same. If you haven't been to Chipotle, it's all about getting a burrito (or bowl) if you're feeling classier and richer than Taco Bell, but you're still not wanting to actually eat Mexican food. For a buck (or so) extra, you can add guacamole to your burrito. It's fine, it takes an average amount of time, and the food is average for an average price. Look out for a coupon or sale.

Great place to grab a quick bite of delicious Mexican food. You order food in an "assembly line" fashion at the counter, and they ring you up at the end. It's efficient, quick and you see exactly what goes into your meal. The icing on the cake is that they use fresh, responsibly farmed ingredients that taste great.
