This Taco Bell’s customer service is trash.
The cashiers can never get an order correct. There is always missing items!
I did have a really good experience with the manager once, as mentioned there is always something missing in my order. He was very quick to make it up.
However, tonight will be the last time I go here lol. Diana is extremely rude and disrespectful. My order was missing three items, she claimed to have packed this order (she very well could have, but mistakes happen) and instead of double checking the order she laughs at me continuously and tried to make me out to be a liar.

I go here atleat thrice a week as my kids love some items here. Lately it is painful to get food here. They close lobby most of the times and the drive thru is always busy with long queues. Even you oder your food via app, you need to wait in the drive thru queue. The reasoning for that from employees is that they make food only once we come in. I don't know then what's the point of ordering ahead. To add t9 this, if at all lobby is open, only option to sue is kiosk and many elderly people are having trouble using it and the queues are crazy. They need to have atleast one manual counter for ordering ready.

Food is great, and staff are friendly. I order through the app for lobby pickup, but half the time the lobby is closed meaning I have to wait 15-25 minutes in the drive through for what should have been a few seconds to pickup my food.

Dont ever ask to buy a gift card here at the drive thru, THEY DONT LIKE THAT. Dirty looks, atritude from a boy and took way too long. Jeez....And then, they were so frustrated that they didnt completa the order and NO SAUCE grrrrrrrrrr

Everytime I have a meal HERE or any San Diego CA Taco Bell. You, immediately Get the Runs about an hour after consuming it. The, food is Never Hot. Barely lukewarm. I'm going to Stop messing with Taco Bell.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla that seemed like it was just thrown in a microwave, I was already home so decided to eat it. I’m now sick with food poisoning. I swear on my ancestors I will NEVER eat Taco Bell again. I’ve been throwing up all night and morning because of this place.
