This is the second time I have come to this Panera & both times they have messed my order up. I ordered the Green Goddess Salad & it came with no chicken, just a bunch of lettuce. So disappointing. The sauce, which is my favorite part of this salad, has absolutely no flavor. I wouldn't be as upset if I hadn't paid $15 for a disappointing salad.

Had dinner with a business partner while conducting business together. The service was as expected. Friendly crew ready to help. Food always reliably good. Environment was busy yet we still conducted business without distractions...most enjoyable and rewarding in these masked up unsocial times. Pricing very favorable

Favorite spot for coffee and 🥯 bagels.....like the coffee club best! I do like to water down my IcedCoffee...don't judge! The service is excellent with staff always greeting you coming in and going out. Dinning room is back open, as of Late Sept/early Oct. I hope it stays that way.

A good place to stop for something quick before work. The bear claw and pecan twist pastries are really good. Still good food here. The only change is masks are optional for both customers and employees. Also, the plexiglass "shield" at the register has been removed.

I found to enjoy the self-service kiosk inside of the Panera I can almost order my food as fast as dictating it to the staff and it's it ready in time

I just received a chicken salad sandwich that was about 95% lettuce and tomato. Why would you put minimal chicken salad on a "chicken salad sandwich"?

I love Panera, but this location is not the same as it was a few years ago. Coffee tasted stale, staff like to talk to one another and ignore customer. They eventually ask "are you being helped?" only after they finish their personal conversation.
I will still visit this location because I do like the food and it is convenient, but I just need to know that my expectations should not be too high.

The food is expensive and the wait times are long. Which is why it is frustrating when I get small portions for lunch and still feel hungry after spending $15-20 + tip.
