Food is authentic and very delicious. One of the the best Chinese restaurants at San Diego we visited by far.

Beef rolls good but cold. Spring rolls hot but bland flavor. They made a good potato salad but was flavorless. This may have been by design though. Ingredients were fresh and cooked properly, but very little salt or spice. To those eating this type of food their whole lives, this may be comfort food.

Best Chinese on Convoy, hands down! Food was as good as it gets and affordable! Portions are HUGE, so make sure to come with at least two friends. Mapo Tofu is a must-order. Best I've had in a while. Fun for the whole family!

The waiter ordered wrong food for us. We ordered two different noodles but they gave us two same noodles. The waiters were very rude ( a lady and a young man). And kept complaining it is me ordering wrong( yes complaining to a client!) . I thought it is still noodles not big deal I still could eat it. However! The waiter still complaining I ordered it wrong and it is just so annoying and unpleasant to sit inside. Not recommend this place at all! Plus the food not good neither!

Quick fast service. We tried 9 dishes. The walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and Mongolian beef were pretty good. The pork fried rice, Soup dumpling, pork dish (forgot the name but is pictured below) were decent. The only bad entree was the broccoli beef— we did not enjoy that at all. I was very satisfied, and my family was so-so.

Nice place and authentic Chinese food. The menu is impressive and lots of true Szechuan style spicy dishes. We loved spicy lamb on bamboo net and sizzling beef on hot iron plate and hot boiling beef. This place is very popular. To avoid waiting, you need to arrive before 5:30 pm for dinners.
