This is by far the best place in the very small outside food court at Hortn Plaza. It is on level 4 of the plaza. Always fresh meats or shrimp grilled right in front of you, with rice and veggies too. My favorite place here.
Update - September 2018 - this location has recently been closed. It looks like everything in the food court has been shut down. According to a security guard there a new developer has purchased the entire mall and is going to renovate and bring in different vendors.
