Pizza Hut

If i could give it 0 stars I would. I placed an order and never received it. I was staying at the Holiday Inn which you will need a room key to deliver. The driver lied saying he delivered the pizza. I asked the staff at the front desk and she said "no pizza was delivered here, the driver usually request a key to go to the room". I called again and they said they would remake the order and it would take an hour. An hour? Its past closing time and I never got my pizza. I paid with a card over the phone but no worries, ill get my money back.

I came to pickup my carry out order and was never acknowledged till I left by one employee 5 to 7 minutes later. A third employee was there, but looked like he was doing closing duties, then disappeared in the back. He didn't noticed me when I walked in. A tall dark man, we'll call him Brandon, seemed to be a delivery guy, walked in from the back door to the front register after I was already waiting in the lobby for what seemed to be 3 minutes. He looked at me, did not say anything and proceeded to do things with the register. The woman in the back, we'll call her Jane, was probably prepping for closing. She saw me after Brandon was at the register. She was looking confused as I just stood there in the lobby. She looked back and forth between me and Brandon a couple of times, then proceeded to do what she was doing. I finally spoke up, what seemed to be 5 to 7 minutes of standing in the lobby to Brandon, that I would like to pickup my carry out order. He promptly called over Jane to help me. He did not say hi or sorry, nothing that acknowledged me, I was basically invisible. She went and got my order quickly, though I had to ask for pepper and parmesan. She's friendly and thanked me after. Brandon was still doing his own thing as I was still invisible to him. *The names is made up to be respectful and less confusing.

I’ve ordered multiple times to the marina at campland. Person On the phone claimed he was the Mgr when I asked for one, then spend 5 mins trying to figure it out. As I explained how I’ve ordered 3 times in 2 weeks without issues. He says “hold on let me take 1 more call”” puts me on hold.... fail.. get competent people. 15 years in pb... never again....

Everyone knows Pizza Hut, right? Right. This location was excellent in my opinion. I ordered online for pick up and my food was done right on time. Hot and fresh and they didn't skimp on the ingredients. The customer service was also wonderful. I've had my ups and downs with PH but this location did I'm right by me.
