Grab & Go Subs

I’ve only heard great things of Grab and Go and finally visited today. I had their hot roast beef and cheddar and it was exactly what I’ve wanted out of a sandwich. It’s a perfect blend of veggies to meat and cheese and the BREAD is to DIE for. Bread is baked fresh and has that crispy bite you’ll love.

Grab & Go subs was a quick stop for my brother and I before catching a flight. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The bread, which I'm extremely picky about, was fresh with just the right level of "toastiness". I'm a sucker for Pastrami so I decided to give their Hot Pastrami a try. WOW. The flavors found inside were everything you could ask for ! The Pastrami meat itself was fresh, salty, smoky and had Italian all over it. Washed it all down with a delicious Lemon San Pellegrino, and for a brief moment of my day, I felt as if I was sitting at an Italian eatery as authentic as it gets. Can't forget I had a bite of my brothers Tuna Swiss and remember nothing but deliciousness, location was superb and surprisingly they have parking as well! Thanks Grab &Go!

One of the better grab and go subs in San Diego. I don't know why this one is better than the others, but it is. Order any sandwhich from the menu or grab a pre-made sub right on the counter. Note: they don't ruin their subs by putting mayo all over it. Speaking of no may, try the Tunisa sandwich. it's a tuna sandwich made with vinegar and olive oil instead of mayo. So much better that way.
