The restaurant is very clean and the staff is super friendly, not the fake it's my job friendly, but the kind that makes you feel like family. The food is beyond amazing. It looks just like the commercial, which is what drew my mom, cousin, and I here, and the flavors are astounding! I had the 3 pieces with rice and corn and the flour tortilla, and I could have eaten two more plates of it. The food is authentic and fresh. Whether single or with a family, you will definitely walk away satisfied!

Excellent customer service, excellent food. The only thing I saw that day ( 01-26-2023 ) at 12:15 p.m. was that the roof was undergoing renovation and they had no plastic or anything to prevent the debris from falling to the ground.

I’m a fan of their chicken bowls. This was my first time at this location. Typical El Pollo environment. The young lady who waited on me could use a little polish on her customer service methods and act friendly.
