Taco Bell

I only keep coming back because it’s close to my house. The wait is always really long, I have gotten other peoples orders, and have not received everything I ordered. I always check my food before driving away and always plan it to be a long wait. I have also had to tell them their outside lights were off and we couldn’t read the menu, twice. Two stars simple because it at least taste good

We only live about 2 miles away from the store location and it took OVER AN HOUR to order, pay and leave. We were told that the frying machine was not working however we were able to order the nacho fries. My card was also charged twice for two different amounts and only received receipt for this order. Overheard the employee tell another customer that they couldn't cook potatoes either due to their frying machine not working yet again We were able to order nacho fries! These people not only lied to us but they have been lying to other customers probably because they are lazy and didn't want to deal with having to actually cook what they are getting paid to cook! I would know because I used to work at a taco bell and I know all of the excuses employees would use to get out of having to make certain things. I want my money back for both transactions. I've tried calling the store and all of my calls went unanswered. Next step is calling my bank to dispute charges and then I'm taking this to the Better Business Bureau. This particular store seems to constantly have issues and this was the last straw for me. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

I've never ordered here but we always see a really long line. I was on lunch and it was a short line, still a bit of a wait not the best confirmation of my order and at the window there was literally no conversation. I wasn't expecting a chat but maybe my total, do u want hot sauce ok thanks bye nope and I was so taken aback by it that I forgot to get hot sauce! The order was correct but probably not coming here again.

This Taco Bell needs a lot of help! The last four times I have visited this store, I’ve received incorrect orders. Either an item is missing or I receive items that I don’t order altogether. The dining room is always closed. There is no sign on the door stating that so you find out once you park and walk up to it, only to have to go through the drive thru. The employees at this store seriously need to learn customer service as well. They’re rude, and unapologetic when they get an order wrong. They act as if they’re doing you a favor to even come to the window including the store manager. She sucks!

This Tacobell seemed to be out of various items. It was just after 10 am😶. Were out Baja Blast, pepsi and some other item I forgot about. The cashier was very nice but seemed as if she did not know how to work the register. Kept messing up our order on the screen. Had to repeat our order to her multiple times because of this.
