When I spend a day enjoying an afternoon on Shelter Island I usually grab a sandwich at The Subway. Service is friendly and the place is clean. Some Subways just are too cramped to eat comfortably but here it is more spacious. Food is good and consistent. Lunch time is busy so allow some extra time
When I'm in the area, this one's fine. But there's something going on with mgt. I think it's lacking. The mgrs should be there to help the staff. I've seen him in there when there's a line and he's of doing something else.

A little pricier than most Subway Sandwich stores I frequent. It may be the part of town this was in, (Point Loma) which has a greater space rental than the rest if San Diego.
