Rubio's Coastal Grill

I took my grandson to Ribios on Scripps Poway Parkway yesterday for lunch. Our meal was wonder as you would expect. However what happened afterwards shows the quality and character of their employees. It had been an trying day, things seemed to be going from bad to worse. I left my purse at the table when we left. I didn't notice for approximately 30 minutes layer what I had done. I called Rubios and they had it. Everything in tack. The manager, Jackie, went out of her way to make sure I got my purse back. I can't say enough gratitude to the employees. Thank you again.

Delicious taco Tuesday tacos. Try the especial tacos. Guacamole and the fish tacos are so good! The Diablo sauce is 🔥🔥🔥 love it. Would recommend coming here. Remember, taco Tuesday specials are usually after 2pm but I saw a sign saying they have specials all day Tuesday for this location. Try it out!

They've got delicious fish tacos. I've always found the portions of the fish to be giant around the corn tortilla. The sides though could use some improvement in flavor and texture. It also comes in little micro cups that lead me to wonder how much rice and beans cost if all I'm getting is a few spoonfuls each.

Your entire customer service experience visiting this place will vary wildly depending on who takes your order. Some of the cashiers are short with customers and you feel like you’re bothering them by placing an order, but theres also a lovely woman who’s there some evenings who is so friendly you can’t help but smile even on a bad day. I wish I could remember her name but if you’ve been to this location you know who I’m talking about. The food quality is always on point at this location though! Very well managed. No complaints here.
