Florencia's Italian Restaurant

So The works pizza was amazing I added pineapple and the flavors worked good together and I loved it had just the right amount of sauce. The crust and garlic bread had to be home made because you can’t get bread like that unless it’s homemade. Now the half and half was by far the best I love that I was able to have spaghetti and lasagna together. The sweet zesty sauce was great and noodles cooked perfectly. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful when choosing what to order. You really can’t go wrong here if you want some good authentic Italian food. Also for you late nighters they’re open late for those nights you want some good home made food…lol I absolutely love this place

The cashier/ waitress was condescending rude and clearly has no buisness working with people. We went in last night had our food basically tossed at us. 10 minutes in to our visit another customer comes in and talks to this same waitress about their online order. The waitress proceeds to have a terrible attitude and a very condescending tone. This is not a good look for this establishment. Side note we weren't given napkins or utensils. Only received attitude upon politely requesting some napkins. It was only until the kitchen staff came out that they helped customers. This message is in response to the owners question my daughter and I went in on Saturday evening . There were only 2 other people seated at the tables and it was not busy at all. It was my first time going in to your establishment. Please consider hiring staff who believe in polite customer service.

Today on 05/27/2022 14:00 pm my boyfriend and I went to eat and besides the food being horrible we were super poorly attended, we called the waitress she said “calling me again? “ It didn't look like she was working but rather hanging out with the chef I've never been treated so poorly, a pity. Poor owner.
