Bangkok Spices Thai - San Diego - Photo album

Lived within a < 10 min walk for a year and somehow never went!! Best Thai I’ve had in North Park and cant wait to go back to try more. The outside is unassuming, which is honestly I think what kept me from noticing or being super intrigued by the place. The inside is so cute and beat my expectati
Very tasty, good portions and excellent customer service. Good ambience. I will be back! Second time now, came for lunch this time. They have yummy lunch specials! Very reasonable prices. This is my favorite Thai restaurant in San Diego now!
Greeted by amazing staff, only one person served us but was quick and kept track of me taking my order, I asked for no carrots on my meal so they remembered to not put any carrots in the complementary soup given before our meal. Amazing food, amazing people. Very welcoming, wonderful hospitality. I’
Great food and fun atmosphere, had dumplings, spring rolls and drunken noodles. Would definitely go back again.
I’ve been coming here off and on for the last few years. Sometimes dine in, sometimes order takeout. I think it’s a hidden gem. Not terribly busy whenever I’ve come here or ordered to go. I love the panang curry. The food is consistently good, good-sized servings, and friendly service. Nice to know
What a hidden gem in North Park! Place was clean and orderly. The staff was really accommodating and nice. Good menu as well. The lunch menu where it’s at. I got the pad see ew lunch special level 6. The spice level was perfect. The soup that came with it was really tasty. It came with salad,
Went to this restaurant for the first time 7/26/19 and went back a week later, that's how much we liked it! The food is delicious & the customer service was excellent. The first time we got the Tom Yum soup, fried rice, Pad Thai, mixed appetizer, and red curry. So good! Plus the Thai coffee, yum!
This place makes some of the best Tom Kha I've ever had in San Diego! Try it with tofu. Other dishes were also good. Generous portions. Great service. Nice atmosphere, quirky I'd say. Will definitely be going back here for Thai standards.
Visited Bangkok Spices Thai as it was highly recommended by my sister. We made a phone order and our food was ready within 20-25 minutes. The workers were extremely friendly and wished us a nice stay in San Diego! The inside of the shop was very fun and had a bunch of items from different countries
I love this tiny little restaurant! The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, it's casual and laid back and very accommodating. I always have Pad Thai on my first visit... it's my gauge as to how good the rest of the menu would be (ie chili relleno at Mexican restaurants...works every time.) I'd
Everything was so fresh, delicious and beautiful. Service was great too and prices were very good for the lunch specials we had.
Great service, amazing food! The spicy fried rice duck was sooo boomb 🔥🙌🏽💯
All the usual Thai dishes, plus some interesting originals. Scallops are an option. The tom yum soup is outstanding, and the jungle curry is great. Service is a little slow at peak hours, and there's only one single-occupancy restroom.
Amazing food with quick, friendly staff and good prices!!
Great food! Everything was amazing we all raved about the food! Great Thai iced tea, always order the papaya salad one level less spicy than Everything else lol.
This is our absolute favorite Thai spot!!! The food is amazing along with the staff. The lunch size and price is great as well or if your really hungry get the entree portion. Not much parking but I’d walked blocks to get there if needed!
