Cute little cakes that were delicious and not too sweet. A little on the pricey side, about $11 per piece.

Review specifically applies to the coffee - while I’ve had the gelato before and it’s incredible, this visit I didn’t have any. The standard latte was amazing. Served with care, a warm and friendly demeanor, and some of the best latte art I’ve seen in a while, barista Brenda provided 11/10 A+ service. I will say for $5, the peanut butter bar is definitely not worth it. $2.95 at most. On the flip side, the fact that virtually every other dessert is $9+ makes it so you’re either getting just a coffee for under $10 or are blowing $20+ on a quick coffee and a snack. The pastries are stunning to look at and the ones I’ve tried in the past have been good, but not really in scope for this review. The macaroons are also excellent, but all this commands premium prices - even by North Park standards. I think the coffee scene here is somewhat slept on. For the same price, Figaro’s coffee game is lightyears ahead of Starbucks, Peet’s, Caribou, Intazza etc. The coffee menu offers stronger values than any of their food offerings, but if this spot is nearby and you’re getting your lattes elsewhere, you should seriously consider making this your go-to.

Visited on June 3rd and even though the place was packed the service was good and everyone was super nice. Many places could learn from this staff. Coffee is strong but delicious and sweets always look stunning. Crepes have the perfect balance between the ingredients and the actual crepe. Prices are a little high and parking can be an issue but it is worth it. Will definitely keep coming.

We stopped in here for something sweet before a show at the Observatory. The desserts were cute. Service wasn’t great. It was not super busy and there were a few employees just standing behind the counter. The desserts were aesthetic, but the taste didn’t live up to the price.

Figaro Dessert Cafe was very impressive. Overwhelming would be the best way to describe it. There were some where around 50 different custom desserts. Most of them had a designer presentation. Anytime I get overwhelmed I always stick with the classics. I had Strawberry Cheesecake and Tiramisu. They were fresh and delicious. My sister ordered some Strawberry Graham Cracker Flower Bomb. It was good tasting and fun to break into. 10 out of 10, I recommend! In

It's pretty amazing overall, Belgian cream pie cake, the coffee and the chocolate gelato, and the crepe was awsome.

Soo good!! I'm gluten free (non celiac) and anyone with food intolerances knows how hard it can be to find yummy desserts, especially at a restaurant, and one that caters to both you and non-gf people at that. This one had it all! In the photo, the three desserts at the bottom, pumpkin, red velvet, and the pink marshmallow one were all gluten free and so good!! Also pictured is the reeses cheesecake slice and a tiramisu slice, not gf. They also have Gelato, most flavors seem gluten free. I didn't feel sick at all after. Had to park a bit down the street and it was a little crowded, but so so worth it when you're in the area!
