A good change from Starbucks. I go there every now and then. Coffee and ambience both good. In particular I like the laid back nature of this shop.

They are always so polite when you come in, if you find enough you'll be greated by name which now and days really makes a difference in service! And it doesn't hurt that the coffee is so good!

Near perfect location. Not so with the workers. Many of them are nice ... but more than one seem to be unhappy there. If there were more of the friendly ones...I would give it five stars.

First time here and got the iced blended mocha. Very good! The employees were very friendly too! Not too busy when I went, around 11am on a Saturday! Usually a Starbucks person but I'm glad I tried something new and I'll definitely be back to the Coffee Bean again!
