As always great variety of food and very kind staff. The salsas are not very spicy (even the Diablo one), but I am used to spicyness. The chicken quesadillas are excellent, but could use a bit more chicken in them. The bowls are tasty and have a lot of rice. There is a variety of drinks to choose from, they have Cherry Coke.

Made a large order (~25 items) and the process from ordering to picking up was seamless. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the food was equally as outstanding. Stopped at Rubios for lunch today. Had the Original Fish Taco Plate. Always good! I love their fire roasted salsa. It is unique and has not changed in 30 years. I just love the charred flavor it has. I am happy that they are open and it's great to see that they are busy as well.
