Chipotle Mexican Grill

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chipotle, and I must say that the overall experience was fantastic. The food was delicious, and the service was great, but what truly stood out was the exceptional care and compassion displayed by Maria, the General Manager. As a parent, dining out with a toddler can be a challenging experience, especially when unexpected meltdowns occur. During my visit, my little one had a meltdown right in the middle of the line, and I felt a mix of embarrassment and concern. However, Maria's response completely changed the situation. Immediately recognizing the distress, Maria showed remarkable empathy and understanding. Without hesitation, she stepped outside the restaurant and approached me with a warm smile, offering assistance and reassurance. Her willingness to accommodate our needs in such a considerate manner truly left a positive impression on me. Maria not only took my order right there, but she also went above and beyond by bringing our food outside to us. This act of kindness not only saved us the trouble of managing a potentially chaotic situation inside the restaurant but also made us feel valued as customers. Forgot that this restaurant was tucked away in this plaza. While you can see it from the street, it's hidden from the parking lot. It's a chain so you're not getting any surprises if you've been to another Chipotle. Layout is a little awkward with a huge congestion point to the right of the entrance with pickup, soda machine, and exit to the patio all running into each other.

Second time going to Chipotle ever in life, first time I got food poisoning from their food so I never went back. This time I went with my mother I did order salad with black beans and chop steak with tomato salsa on the top and it also came with their vinaigrette dressing. I have to say I rather enjoyed it it was quite good I didn't get sick 😁. Now I'm wondering can I just go there and get beans, steak and tomato salsa with no rice or salad?
