I grew up going to Islands (this specific restaurant) at least once a month. It's still my favourite restaurant. I live in Alaska now and I cannot tell you how badly I miss the delicious burgers and cheese fries.

I arranged to set up a meeting with a couple looking into their Medicare plans. In addition to being a good place to do this, the food and service were terrific. I love their bowls.

Stephen and Robby delivered an unforgettable experience. This my 1st time here and everything was great. The sauce for the wings were extremely salty in my opinion so much so that I left it alone. I always get my wings fried xtra hard & the sauce on the side to avoid these situations. Drinks were great. Atmosphere was great. Tv screens all over making it a sports fan must go-to. Would highly recommend.

Great burger, run about $15- $18 and comes with fries, chips and salsa $6 nachos $15 and passion ice tea is so good! Waitress was prompt and we had a bunch of refills! We had a party of 7 at lunch on Sunday we waited about 15 min for a table. I love the tropical feel of the restaurant, with the over the top decor of tropical plants and birds.

Wow! The burger here was really good! We stopped in here for lunch while in town on business and needed a spot close to where we were doing business in San Diego. This was a suggestion from our local rep and it was an excellent place to eat. I had their burger with bacon on a gluten free bun along with their sweet potato fries. It was all delicious! I’m really glad we stopped in here for lunch and would definitely stop in again if back in town.

I have found this Islands to be a trustworthy location. I've had two satisfying experiences there with my family. And I intend to return again soon. Good decore. Good service. Good value for buck. When you're good with the simple items on the menu I can trust them with other choices.

I truly enjoyed this meal! The staff were on the ball. I wanted fkr nothing but extra napkins.
The bugrer was amazing. The fries were good and the onion rings are not to be missed! I wish I had had just onion rings but wanted to try both. Their plain ice tea was exactly what I wanted and I topped it off with a sweet warm brownie. Very tasty.

Food and service are pretty good there. Not as busy when we were there as the one in Mira Mesa which is nice. Got the Maui Burger with a fried egg. Would've liked a runny egg but over pretty good. If you like mud pies though then you'll like the Kona Pie. It's made with mocha almond fudge ice cream & cookie crust topped w/chocolate fudge, whipped cream, roasted almonds & a cherry. It was great!!

We went here because we all wanted something different. I had a blue cheese burger, someone had fish tacos, another had pineapple chicken tacos, another had soup n bacon burger...ALL was scrumptious!! After eating all of that we had a birthday piece of deliciousness on the house! WHAT??!! Yup! It was my friends b day and Islands paid for the surprise b day cake! YEAH Islands!!!
