Etna Restaurant & Pizza House

Thankfully the food as always has kept it’s stunning Italian resemblance. Unfortunately the customer service the establishment presents does not align with the quality of its food. When I made a visit a few days ago for my birthday it just seemed as if they wanted my party to vacate the restaurant as soon as possible. I felt extremely uncomfortable and was not presented with the friendly attitude I had become accustomed to with this restaurant. Maybe it was a management change?

Atlas is a prize sure that’s hidden in city Heights it’s so delicious they have not lost your touch tonight we enjoyed the fabulous lunch menu we got spaghetti and meatballs lasagna and meatballs into Bambino challenge pizzas we were not disappointed at all with this order I am very pleased to recommend this jewel to your friends your family even people you don’t like they will be your friend to Services impeccable they make sure your glass never goes empty they ensure that you’re happy with the first bite of your food and they don’t stare at you the place is nice cool and beautiful and they have a fabulous wine selection

Oh my goodness! I wish I could give 100 stars! My sister, who has lived in San Diego for over 30 years, has loved eating their food ever since she moved to San Diego. I visited her last week, and she had them deliver vegetarian lasagna, garlic cheese bread, and tequila lime pasta with chicken that was absolutely ambrosia to my mouth! The vegetarian lasagna was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The garlic cheese bread was lightly toasted - the bread was airy, with thick, delicious cheese, and the accompanying marinara sauce tasted absolutely amazing! Even the side salad wasn't just your run-of-the-mill iceberg lettuce with one cherry tomato and one cucumber slice - instead, there were healthy greens, assorted toppings, and the house dressing was VERY delicious! Even the driver was great! An item was accidentally left out of our purchase, and although we offered to just let it go and have the item taken off our bill - he INSISTED on returning to the restaurant and bringing back our missing item immediately. Now THAT'S service!

I am not a big fan of Italian food, but the family ordered pizza so I tasted it. Fresh ingredients, soft hot crust, and loaded with just the right amount of cheese. On Mondays they have buy one pizza get one free, totally worth it for a family of 3 or more. I ordered a cheeseburger and french fries, the meat was top quality so delicious, and the fries were hot and fresh. The service was fast, friendly, warm and welcoming. I will definitely be going back again.
