Rubio's Coastal Grill

05/29/2022 I tried this location and enjoyed the same great food and service. Located in a strip with CVS and other restaurants. Beautiful location near UTC with outdoor seating, colorful umbrellas, and a nearby water feature with landscaping around. I can see where parking can be an issue during lunch rush. I ordered my food online and dined outdoors. The restaurant was pretty empty of patrons on a Sunday at 4pm. Restroom was clean. The trash outside the front door needed to be emptied though.

Our family eats at Rubios frequently, and have probably tried 10 or 15 different locations both locally and on various road trips. This location is definitely our favorite. Don't know if it's the franchise owner or store manager but someone at the top makes sure every single employee there is outstanding. Each and every time we go there we're impressed by the staff- to the point that you notice it. They're genuinely friendly and do so many little things to make sure your meal is just right, and your dining experience is perfect. Made a mistake and ordered the wrong beans? They offer to replace them right away, no charge. Sitting down when your meal comes up? They bring it right over to you, remembering on their own who ordered that particular meal. I could go on and on. Oh and of course the food is great. You would think the food would always be the same from one location to the next but there are small variances and this location does a stellar job. Great place to eat!
