Peter was my bartender and he provided excellent service! I noticed that he tried the drink with a straw before serving it to me. Peter was also comedic and engaged with his customers which I very much apprceated because A lot of bartenders just serve you your food or drink and then walk away. So it seems like a transaction. Peter interacts with his customers which makes it more of a personable experience. Individuals like Peter are an assett to any team and should be recognized as such.
Didn't leave any stars for food only because I didn't order any food just drinks.

Food was amazing. After reading reviews I'm glad I went with the breakfast French Toast. It was better than I expected and seasoned perfectly imo. There was only one waitress so it took her a little longer. But she was OK. Not as friendly but nor rude. I think she was as eager to chat to me as other people (white). But overall I'll eat here again.

Really rude service from waiter yelling at me that's holding the plate felt very unwelcome time 11:58am. Wanted to eat food looks really good customers says food really good. Although felt very unwelcoming and customers around me said she didn't have to be that rude either.

Excellent service. Food was freshly made and delicious. If you can find a table or a place to sit, it’s worth it. Great wine selection

This was a cool place to sit at for 7 hour waiting for my flight . I had a chicken noodle sou, with apple juice and two bottles of water . It gets pretty busy so the waiters can sometimes forget you but they will service you well and the burgers looks amazing

FANTASTIC JOB!
I was beside myself after I sat down at the Urban Crave in the Ontario airport today. The food was really tasty and good portions, and only slightly higher due to the airport location. You won't be disappointed with the food....., but the best thing about this visit was our server!!!!
Felicia was amazing! She remembered everyone's name without writing anything down and we are talking 14 to 16 people at a time. I thought I had a gift for remembering named but Felicia blew me away.

I felt it was cheaper to buy some chicken tenders and fries vs buying from the convenience store. This should hold me over until tonight. Off topic, but screw spirit airlines.

As airport food goes, Urban Crave is pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way for this if it were outside of an airport I fly out of 3-4 times per month. But, as far as breakfast is concerned, this is a decent spot previously in Terminal 2 of SAN and now in Terminal 1. A Bloody Mary and the "Yuppie Wrap" was my usual Monday 6am meal before they moved to Terminal 1. The Yuppie Wrap is a wrap that contains bacon, eggs, cheese, avocado, and fries. (Kudos to them for not trying to claim this is a burrito.) I usually hold the fries -- not for taste reasons -- but because it makes the wrap too heavy for my first meal of the work week.
When I've flown out of SAN in non-morning hours (which is rare), I've ordered the chili hot dog, which is humongous and also decent -- better than most pub hot dogs.
Best yet, none of Urban Crave's food has resulted in an unfortunate lavatory visit during any of my long trans-con flights.
My biggest complaint about this place is that it is slightly over-priced, even for airport restaurants. Given the lack of reasonable alternatives, I deal with it.
If you like your Bloody Marys spicy, be sure to tell them that when you order.

I had a pretty good experience at urban crave while waiting for my flight. Started off with a super expensive (but super delicious) stone IPA, and then had a quesadilla. My partner had a chicken bacon sandwich which wasn't bad, the chips were pretty good, too. Fairly dirty, as it's a high traffic area in a terminal, but overall not too bad. You definitely pay more for the experience, given the convenience etc.

Pretty pricey like any food you find in an airport, but the service was good and so was the bacon wrap!
