I NEVER knew a CVS could be so amazing! So amazing I felt compelled to write this after reflecting back on my visits! I went here literally 3 times in 3 days for items I forgot while traveling and EVERY single time, it was a 10/10 experience!! The store is immaculate, the team working were so friendly, welcoming and helpful and it was an absolute joy to be in the store. Kudos to everyone!! And a shoutout to Janelle on my most recent stop in who was such a joy welcoming me in! (And I’m not sure who else was doing stock updates, but she was fab as well!) The layout of the store was also fantastic and literally so well stocked…and clean! For being what appears to be a heavily visited location, the attention to detail and good vibes were all the things wonderful! Bravo!!! And thank you all for brightening the day and making errand running such a positive experience.

The friendliest, best customer service I've ever experienced at any of the CVS locations I've visited around the country. Genuine greetings, pleasant attitudes, fast pharmacy, they even opened another register rather than keep me waiting in line. One can see the impact good management has had on the morale and the employees not only have great service, but the store had a pleasant feeling about it, overall.

Entered the store and all the associates greeted me. I approached a group of them having a meeting and was asked if I needed help. I explained to them that I was traveling and my Bluetooth earbuds stopped working. Liz agreed to help me. After she grabbed the key, she walked me to the cabinet and she helped me find deferent options and then she helped me compare my options to see which would work best for my needs. Liz was awesome! My experience today made me feel as though I was appreciated and valued. Good job guys, it matters.

Janelle was absolutely fantastic I felt like I was in a small town went well out of her way to help me around the store to make sure I could find what I need because I am visiting from out of town I do not know the store that well a person like this is an employee is like a diamond in the rough super hard to come bye I wish everyone everywhere treated their job with this much pride and dignity it really showed thank you Janelle have a wonderful Labor Day weekend
