I recently visited the XYZ Cigar Lounge and had a truly exceptional experience. The ambiance was sophisticated yet inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for cigar enthusiasts. The well-appointed lounge offered a diverse selection of premium cigars, expertly curated to satisfy both novices and connoisseurs. The knowledgeable staff members were not only passionate about cigars but also eager to assist in finding the perfect match for individual preferences. The humidor was well-stocked with a variety of high-quality brands, ensuring a delightful journey for every palate. What sets XYZ Cigar Lounge apart is its attention to detail in customer service. The staff's dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience added to the overall pleasure of the visit. The well-maintained and cozy seating areas allowed for relaxed conversations, making it an ideal spot for both solo contemplation and group gatherings. To complement the stellar cigar selection, the lounge offered a thoughtfully curated beverage menu featuring top-shelf spirits and fine wines. The pairing suggestions provided by the staff showcased their commitment to elevating the overall experience. In conclusion, XYZ Cigar Lounge exceeded my expectations. It's a haven for those seeking a refined environment, exceptional cigars, and outstanding service. Whether you're a seasoned aficionado or a casual enthusiast, this lounge is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in a premium cigar experience.

Second time here and didn't disappoint! It's one of the only cigar lounges I can sit at and enjoy. The have great ventilation so I can enjoy my delicious coffee while my husband enjoys his cigars. The lavender latte was to die for!! Definitely worth checking out

I had such a great time here. The atmosphere is the very best, I went to quite a few places on a recent trip to San Diego/La Jolla and this was by far my favorite. (Excepting the sea lions!) No one in my group of 5 wanted to get a hookah, except for me, but we sat so long drinking our coffee and chatting that I decided to just get one. I'm so glad I did! We all took turns and passed it around. (Hawaiian Peach was a delicious light flavor.) So we ended up staying longer and talking more, which was a highlight of my trip! My sister in law, who had never tried tobacco ever, said she really enjoyed it. It didn't make her dizzy or jittery or light headed at all. She said she was glad she tried it, and really enjoyed the social aspect of it all. If I ever come back for a visit, I'll make sure to take the time to come here again!

If I can give this place more than a 5 star review, I would. From the Bohemian Theme lounge to the quality coffee, tea, cake, gelato, and cigars, everything offered at Gran Havana is nothing short of perfection. The vibe, culture, and people here are excellent. As someone who’s a regular cigar smoker, Gran Havana cigars is no doubt in one of my top choices. What better way to top off a quality cigar with some coffee and great company!

The lady working the counter was so nice and welcoming. My wife had the Belgium dark chocolate gelato and was so happy. She got a cheesecake that she liked a lot. I got a nice Petite Corona Maduro and espresso. A short walk from everything and a nice way to end the night. The humidor is well stocked.

The sell only their own blends, but they have a wide selection for all cigar preferences. I smoked their Corona Natural, and thoroughly enjoyed it. They also market themselves as a coffee and gelato dessert place, even though the cigars take precedence. All in all, perfect just to chill on business in the city, or a date night.

Premium hookah and a wonderful cigar selection coupled with a luxurious atmosphere. Gran Havana offers a wide variety of coffee and tea to enjoy while visiting and it's in a very convenient location. There is plenty of seating for larger groups and the place is well ventilated so the smoke from customers doesn't cloud the air. Highly recommended for business professionals and those looking for an elegant lounge experience 👍🏾

I've been two days in a row, and I already love the place. Quiet and conversational, it's a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere with plenty of airflow. The cigars are hand rolled, and aged onsite, with a good variety to choose from. They only carry their own brand of sticks, Gran Havana, but I'm sure you'll find one to suit your pallet. Cigars looked to range from about $11.50 to around $40 per. The gentleman on shift noticed that one of the cigars I selected was a little tight, and he dipped into the humidor to swap it out for a better one. They do not serve alcohol, but they have full coffee service, as well as a large selection of teas to choose from. In addition to cigars, they also have hookahs available.
