This place was so fun! We went on a. Saturday day night around 9:30 and there was a line out the door. We did not have to wait to long and there was no cover. The drinks were surprisingly low and the bartender was very nice. The place was packed and we had a lot of fun!
Even if the service varies. I still stop here for a cocktail every time I go to OB. It's a vibe. I didn't eat so I didn't rate the food.
This bar is a lot of fun. Their drinks are good and affortable. Great music always playing and the crowd is fun.
Love the atmosphere here!! Pool open (masks of course required at all times). We got the corn dog from The Arizona Cafe- so delicious!! Our server was so attentive and a genuinely wonderful human!! Highly recommend!
Great spot in ocean beach. There is a big bar downstairs as well as a rooftop bar with a great view of the ocean. Plenty of pool tables. Good mexican food near by. Great place to grab a beer and watch the sun go down over the water.
Nice place to drink can get a bit loude and crouded but overall a good bar decent drinks and decent price
The pool table is available, the waiters are friendly, you can eat and drink inside the establishment, the sports screens are available for you, and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset!
Over all the years I have come here... always a comfortable open place with older but long standing bartenders (Todd and Pete have been at Sunshine forever - make the trip here worth it!) they always take care of us every time. OB's "Cheers".
Definitely my spot. If you're a local in OB, this is where it's at. And if you're not, this is still where it's at. Lol. Cheap drinks, chill vibe, except on football nights, and the bartenders are cool af!!!
My favorite watering hole in OB. Smoker friendly, wonderful rooftop views, great spot to catch sunset. Billiards, pub fare, a wide variety of brews and ciders on tap as well as some rarities in bottles. The staff here is professional and can pour old times cocktails just as quickly as the latest fad
Good bar. Jack, an employee here, is doing an impeccable job. The bartenders, bouncers and bussers are on their top game at this place. Jack saw some random drunk man grope me at the bar and instantly threw the guy out. No questions asked. It’s great to feel protected and watched out by the staff wh
I really enjoyed the place and the drinks were affordable. Staff were friendly too! My only complaint and it is nothing to do with the service or staff would be the pretentious and entitled customers that go there. It could also be a difference in personalities between east and west coast but I did
The service was impeccable and the location off of Ocean Beach makes the experience awesome.
Had a great time server's are great. Only downer was if you don't have alot of cash on you. You can't leave card open so you have to give your card everytime you order
What a great place. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing, and everyone was so friendly. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. 10/10 will be back.
