Mike Hess Brewing, North Park - San Diego - Photo album

Great brewery in North Park, San Diego. Varied menu, friendly staff, and spacious venue. Lots of cute lights inside. Flight of beer comes with a free glass to take home. They have two dart boards inside too, which are fun to watch or play. Beers are decent.
The place is quite big, there are not many tables but it is very spacious, I didn't like that they didn't sell food or snacks but you can put food and that is good. The beers we tried were all good, good prices and a good place if you want to watch a game.
Local and unique taste of craft beer, fun atmosphere and a big plus for 🎯 board game on the wall 👍🏼
Great local spot with great beer. I watched the France vs. England soccer game here and it wasn’t very crowded (which was nice), so if you’re looking for an alternate place to watch soccer, this is your spot. You can order outside food if you get hungry, and sometimes they have food trucks.
This Mike Hess location is in a good location in North Park with plenty of parking surrounding the brewery. Huge selection of hand crafted beers. We stopped in on Taco Tuesday and very much enjoyed the food truck serving up an amazing selection of food. Overall, great beer, good location and a fr
Great atmosphere and location. Outside seating is cool and is perfect for people watching. Watch your favorite games here with your doggie. 🐕 Treats sold just for them. Great selection of beer. Open layout with plenty of seating. Chill for sure. We ordered food and they did inform us it would be
The entrance to the brewery is one of the best I’ve seen. Walk across a bridge and see all of the brewing action happening. We love when you can see/smell all of the brewery things going on. They also have a really cool logo on their pint glasses.
Great Beer For Sure! Our favorite was Hop Cloud DELICIOUS 100% When you arrive you won't see a sign above the entrance just a blue top above the patio. Don't skip the brewery thinking it's no longer there. Atmosphere is great put this way this past Sunday we visited Mike Hess (NP) they hosted a wedd
I love the atmosphere of this place! So open and inviting. Very laid back place to throw back a couple delicious cold ones. Their beer is some of the best San Diego has to offer! Into the Sunset is always a great IPA and White Peach is a really tasty sour. Always keeps me coming back for more!
Went there for the Girl Scout cookie pairing, and it was delicious. The only downfall was that there was a 30 person reservation on top of a party of 20. Nowhere to sit, so we just stood by the front door.
Super cool spot with the entrance walking your through the brewing operation. The beer offerings are diverse and most importantly interesting. Each of the beers I've had offered a little different take on normal style of beer.
Great beer in a easily accessible pedestrian area. The set up with the beer tanks/fermenters makes for a unique environment although it can also makes things a little steamier and humid than normal.
I liked that they were running a Wednesday promotion where you get to keep the souvenir glasses from which you drink! Their west coast style beers were on point. Large space with people bringing their pets too.
Mike Hess brewing has lots of great beers on tap, and the tasting room is a nice departure from the standard venue. Very open with lots of light it's a great place for a date, and just hanging out with friends. There's no food, but you can bring your own. They also have darts, TVs, and some cool ar
Good beers and brewery itself is fun to hang out at
Great beer, nice location to hang out in! Bathrooms were clean and the place has a relaxed vibe. No food options when we were there, but there was no problem bringing in food from the many options nearby. Also, its all ages.
Often a food truck out back, usually City Tacos. I really like it here: spacious with oil paintings and TVs. And now, it's not just IPAs: they have hard seltzer, brewed here! Trivia on Thursday nights.
Really nice place. Good beers, 9 year round ones, 5 limited release. Habitus, the double IPA tastes really good, as well as the Umbrix, an imperial stout. Fair prices for the quality, really good music. Recommended
