Buca Di Beppo Italian Restaurant

I took my dad out for lunch today along with my grand babies. We had a great time and the best server. He was so patient and helpful. He offered to have the elevator waiting for my father and took the time to listen to my dad and, that meant a lot. He made the experience great and I definitely will be doing a big family dinner here soon. If you can get JP as your server, you’ll have a great dining experience. To top it all off, the food was great!!!!

Phenomenal service and huge servings worth the cost! Our server went above and beyond to make our dining experience super memorable. The food, especially the pasta and appetizers were spot on. The ambience is pretty lively with all the decor, and the only drawback would be the restroom located past a maze of tables on the 2nd floor. Overall, it was a delicious experience.

The lasagna was very good. It could have used more cheese . The mozzarella garlic bread never disappoints. My waiter kept very busy and didn't miss a beat. The only issue was accessible access to the restroom. I asked and was told that the restroom was upstairs. I'm blind in one eye so my depth perception is off and have fallen down stairs a few times more than I would have liked. I didn't realize there was an elevator until later. It blends in with the decor. An upstairs accessibility sticker should be displayed on the elevator door.

Wait staff are so attentive and super friendly. No complaints on the food and portions. Brought my friend here as she had never been. She couldn't stop raving about the portion and deliciousness. She said it brought her back to a memory of her mother and family style. Dislike folks who complain about nothing to get a free meal. That was only complaint about free loaders.

Very good food. Had tried the stuffed chicken and had good flavor. Fresh garlic bread with good garlic pieces. Service was very slow but they did apologize and make it right. The birthday sundae is a MUST!! The size of it the pictures doesn't do justice and the flavor of the brownie with all toppings was super good the kids were very excited. Few pictures of some male genetials on the walls, had to explain to the kids that's how some places are with statues and pictures with their culture or art expression but yeah don't stare at them to my 3, 6, and 8 year old. The kid pizzas are so good and a full size small pizza.
