We tried multiple different tacos they were good overall. The vegan options is a plus for my personal taste but we tried some chicken tacos which was also good.

Colorful and aesthetically pleasing tacos. We tried the portobello and the fish, both very good. 4.5 out of 5 but could have used just a bit more flavor. A little zing. If we missed the salsas/hot sauces, then that was our fault. Would definitely go back and try again!

Fantastic tacos, one of the best taco chains in San Diego. Prime location with dessert spots nearby and close to the beach. Reasonably priced. Great service. Definitely a must when visiting PB.

Hidden gem! Great food, huge Mahi tacos, great hot salsa, service was terrific, busy but no waiting. Picture doesn't do it justice , gf is still raving about the churios!

Gourmet tacos that still have an authentic flavor. I LOVE this place. Every taco I’ve tasted is bomb. Easy to be gluten free too. It’s fast and not too expensive!

Simple, yet delicious Shrimp Tacos. I’m always looking to try new restaurants when I’m on vacation, some misleading reviews almost got me not try City Tacos. Sure, the service wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible, the wait was a little, but worth it. The shrimp tacos were extremely delicious and best tacos we had in San Diego.

Exceptional tacos! The mexicali is perfectly cooked and both the fried mahi mahi and cooked-in-sauce mahi mahi were phenomenal. Really great flavor and loaded toppings on each taco. Would be great if came with chips or something on the side, but available for purchase.
The salsa bar is delicious too! The sweet and spicy was my favorite!

Amazing carnitas tacos! The carnitas taco was so delicious. Every component pops out and you can see the color that will deliver flavor. The protein itself had juicy texture along with the crispiness of the chicharrón. I also had the chicken taco. It wasn’t as good as the carnitas taco, but it does have great flavor. The only issue with it was that it was a bit dry and overdone. Luckily, every other component was able to pull it back together and save it. Furthermore, the red salsa lacked spice and heat. It was more mild than I would’ve liked. Altogether, I enjoyed it all and can’t wait to try out more.
