Mignon Pho + Grill

So so delicious! We were craving authentic Vietnamese and opted for this fun blend of the traditional and the trendy. We tried the spring rolls and really enjoyed the filet mignon pho. As a traditionalist, I opted for the pho with sirloin/strip steak and there were no regrets, but no matter what, you can't make a wrong choice.

We came here on a late afternoon. The restaurant was not busy so our waiter had plenty of time to provide great service. The restaurant had a modern feel to it due to its gray concrete walls. We ordered the bone marrow pho not realizing that we actually wanted the short rib pho. If you're adamant about having bone marrow pho, just know that those come in limited supply. We were only able to arm twist them to serve us two of them. Other pho dishes we ordered were the short rib and oxtail pho bowls. The broth is good enough to eat/drink without needing the extras, but it's pho! Put all your extras you need into it. IYKYK. We also ordered 1 lb of the the Cajun boil shrimp. We could have done without that since we already had too much food and they need to develop their recipe a little more.

Make your own pho 15, vermicelli salad bowl 15. Getting here 6 minutes after they open at 11 AM to have a meal with my best friend before he gets married and heads off to another state, absolutely priceless. I've been here several times before, the portions are generous, the food is delicious, the pho broth is fantastic and cooked in house over night. The vermicelli salad bowl is a giant bowl with noodles some chopped greens and meats and sauce and absolutely a great meal. I'm a dude who loves flavored and meat and noodles, I am not disappointed. Absolutely delicious these grilled filet ribeye Pho. Rice noodles, fresh bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño combined with fragrant herbs. The Pho is flavorful, aromatic and consistent, the taste never changes, because it's a family secret recipe. The broth is slowly prepared with fresh ingredients. I've been going there for a couple of years and tried other Pho restaurants before around the area. In my opinion it's the best. Also the service is great, the uniforms of the waiter's are clean as is the restaurant as well. Highly recommend it ... October 02-22 Update .. the Mignon Pho restaurant is still amazing. We returned after the pandemic twice. And last Sunday we brought our out-of-town friends there visiting us from the East-Coast. They enjoy every spoon full!🥰 December 29, 2022 Update ... Here are the last photos from the Pho Mignon restaurant. We stopped by to have our last meal and say goodbye to the crew since we're moving out of California. The food is great which makes visiting so worth it. Wishing you all at the restaurant continuous success and a life long standing at this location. 🥂
